Our client is a private-sector real estate management company known for embedding wellness into its workplace culture from day one. With a forward-thinking philosophy, they are now seeking to extend this ethos to a new venture in consumer goods.

The Opportunity

The client engaged us to explore opportunities in the functional wellness space, with the long-term goal of launching a line of food/beverage products rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

They envisioned offering modern, accessible wellness products that promote preventive health rather than reactive care. Their broader goals included creating new job opportunities in the functional wellness industry and developing a more equitable, employee-driven franchise business model that reimagines traditional incentive structures.

Our Approach

Forge conducted commercial due diligence to assess the landscape of functional food and beverage innovation, as well as consumer demand for holistic and preventive wellness solutions.
